a note on dreams versus goals:
1: brain dump! clear some space and go ahead and stream-of-consciousness brain dump. no specific prompt here. we’re just emptying out your brain so we can get some good work done.
2: write down all of your goals from 6 months ago
4: write some of the dreams you set 6 months ago
3: write down what you actually did.
5: write down what goals you worked on to help reach these dreams.
6: assess what goals you missed, and why you think you missed them.
7: assess what goals you hit, and why you think you hit them
8: what would your ideal second half of 2023 look like, goal-wise? what are things largely within your control you’d love to achieve, and what’s a reason you want to achieve them?
9: what what would your ideal second half of 2023 look like, dream-wise? go wild. dream big! remember, we’re not measuring progress with dreams, because they’re out of your control; but it’s nice to have them written out!
10: who would i have to be to complete these? who would you need to be to get this done? what do you need to believe about yourself? what do you need to do more of, and what do you need to do less of? summarize after writing with one sentence.
11: create a system that will help you get these done. plan for hard days, not perfect days; on your most bare minimum days, what can you still get done?
12: how will you stick to the plan when things get tough? life gets messy! what systems, rewards, check-ins, etc, will you use?
13: why do you deserve this improvement? that’s right, baby, we’ve got a self-worth section!
14: take action right now! literally right now. what is something you can do in this instant
